This policy explains what information we use, why we use it, and the choices available to website visitors, customers and members.
Information we use
Depending on the service, we may use identity and contact details, account and membership records, purchases, bookings, payments and provider references, attendance, communications, health information you choose to provide, and technical security logs. Payment credentials and mobile-money authorization are handled by the relevant provider; we do not display provider secrets to visitors.
Optional website analytics
Analytics are off until you select “Accept analytics”. When accepted, each eligible public page view stores a server-side pseudonymous visitor hash, normalized page pathname, consent version, language, browser family, operating-system family, device category, browser timezone and time. Approximate location is a separate optional choice: only if selected may the browser ask for location, and coordinates are rounded to about two decimal places before they are sent. New analytics records do not store your raw IP address, precise location, full query string, referrer or data from an external IP-geolocation service. We use these fields to count consented page views and improve public pages.
Cookies and your choice
Essential session, security, language and consent-preference storage support core website functions. Optional analytics use a random identifier created in your browser. Rejecting optional cookies sends no analytics request and creates no new analytics row. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer and change your choice; rejection stops future optional analytics.
Why and with whom we process information
We use information to deliver memberships, products, services and support; verify payments; maintain security; send operational messages; meet record-keeping duties; and improve the website where consent applies. Necessary information may be processed by hosting, payment, SMS, push-notification or professional-service providers actually used for the requested service, subject to their own terms and safeguards.
Retention and security
We keep records only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, operational history, dispute handling, security and applicable legal or accounting duties. Analytics retention is periodically reviewed. No system is perfectly secure, but we use access controls, prepared database operations, encryption for appropriate secrets, and operational monitoring.
Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable Tanzanian law and necessary identity checks, you may ask about your information, request correction, raise an objection, or request deletion where retention is not required. You may withdraw optional analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings. We do not sell personal information.
